Last times I always had an diarrhea ofter their pizzas. So, I found I better place to order. Please, use a fresh ingredients.
They have great food. When delivered they one time delivered a medium cold( not so hot) poutine and another time ordered a special poutine and got a regular one instead. Had to call the client service, they sent me a code and when I called them back to get the code i lost, they were not able to find any records in their system. My recommendation, order and go pick it up and check to make sure your order is the right one and satisfy your expectations. Update 2026-01-05 So we ordered again. Now our order (#70) was incomplete. I called customer service and we didn't receive any answer. I explained to the guy and he just put me on hold for 30+ minutes (see attached screenshot). This is disappointing. It's the second time we are having issue. What should we do ? We are paying for full order, we are giving tips and they mess up the order and not giving any solution. We actually live 2 minutes from there. Literally less than a kilometer. Couldn't they just send what's missing ? No So in the end we are not going to wait for what is missing. It's only their reputation. Next time what ? No tip ? Unpack the whole food before paying ? It's the cooks fault or the drivers ? Whatever it is, they didn't care.
