On 29 April 2026, at 6:30pm, I was at the store to pick up my wife's order. The cashier told me it's not ready and to wait for a little bit more. I said ok. I waited and waited for a long time. I then asked, is my order still being prepared?? She checked, and the order had actually been ready for a while already. She handed it to me and said sorry... I was disappointed. When I got home, my wife asked where are the onion rings? The store missed it and didn't given it to me. I was disappointed a 2nd time. I called the central phone number. The person took down my address and said they'll have onion rings quickly delivered to my house. I said sure, sounds good, I was impressed and satisfied. A few minutes later, the store called me and said, sorry, no they won't deliver just the onion rings to me. I was disappointed a 3rd time. The store person then said, they'll give me 25% off my next order to make up for this. I said, I'd prefer a 25% refund on the order I had just picked up. He said that's not possible... it has to be for a future order. I was disappointed a 4th time, but said ok, fine. The person then said, the future 25% discount can be for an order if I make it on a weekday between Monday to Friday, and between 10am to 6pm, and if I ask specifically to speak with the supervisor when I order. I said that's a lot of caveats and is more than I want to deal with and I'm not happy. I was disappointed a 5th time. The person then said, ok, well, the 25% off a future order can be on any day and at anytime then. I said, well fine, whatever then. Overall, this was a very very disappointing experience.
