The location in La Prairie is run by an agressive and intimidating individual. We have contacted the Head Office multiple times and have never received a follow-up. Clearly this organization and franchisee doesn't care about his business and reputation. It's about a pizza and not a life or death situation so can we please be serious??? I am so afraid that this Manager will eventually do something to our food so, with the array of pizza bars in La Prairie, we have chosen to take our business elsewhere to ethical and respectful owners that treat customers as their top priority!

I ordered online and because it was a Friday I decided that I would order ahead of time but schedule it for a delivery between 6:00 - 6:30. The nice thing is that you are able to follow online your order. My order was ready for a delivery like I requested however it only arrived at 6:45. So my pizza sat for about 30 minutes before leaving the restaurant. You better order for pickup for freshness
