Extremely disappointing experience at this Pizza Pizza location. I’ve been a customer for over a year, but the service and behavior here have become unacceptable. I always order pickup because I live nearby. Normally orders are ready in about 10 minutes, but at this store I’ve experienced repeated delays of 25–30 minutes. On multiple occasions, pizzas were cold, not made as ordered, and thin crust was incorrect. Cheese and toppings were often poorly distributed, sometimes only in the center. More concerning is the rude and unprofessional behavior from staff. Employees repeatedly told me to “check your order” in a disrespectful way. One employee said they would no longer serve me and threatened to block my orders. Even when my friend placed an order using a different account, the same employee continued the rude behavior, told a customer to “shut up,” and even took the pizza back after handing it over. I have complained to Pizza Pizza customer service at least 5 times about this store. Unfortunately, the customer service support has not resolved the issue. In some cases, calls were hung up without any solution. Despite multiple complaints, the same behavior keeps happening. No customer should be treated this way for raising legitimate concerns about food quality and service. This location seriously needs management attention, better staff training, and accountability. Until then, I cannot recommend this store.

Very disappointing experience at this location. I’ve been a customer for over a year, but service here has become unacceptable. Pickup orders are delayed, pizzas arrive cold, thin crust orders are incorrect, and toppings are poorly spread. On top of that, employee behavior is rude and unprofessional. An employee said they would not serve me anymore, and even when my friend placed the order using a different account, the same employee continued the rude behavior, told a customer to “shut up,” and took the pizza back after handing it over. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Management needs to urgently address staff behavior and service quality at this store. And also one of my friend complained about 5 times still customer service team is not doing anything sometimes they hang up on my friend.
