Made an order with the app, arrived to pick it up, waited 20-25min in line just to be told that my pizza order had vanished, waited another 30minutes for two small pizzas. The place looked a bit dirty too. Very poor service, pizza tasted ok.

Good overall experience at Pizza Pizza. We picked up our order and it was ready quickly, with everything still hot. The pizza tasted good, though the original crust was a bit hard. We also tried the stuffed crust—it was okay, but not the best we’ve had. The volcano pizza was fun for the kids, but not really worth it since the sauce gets absorbed by the cheese—better to get dips on the side. The breakfast potatoes covered in cheese were delicious, but very heavy. Jalapeño poppers were good and not too spicy. Only downside: they forgot our dips. Still a decent option overall.

I went to this location for the pick up special. The employee tried to charged me an extra 13$ for the pizza I chose. When I said to him there was a mistake, he lowered down the price a bit… Now he wanted 6$ more, over the price that was shown on the menu! I ended up ordering online… It was the only way to pay the right amount!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. An employee at the company confirmed there was a technical error when I placed my order, and it was sent to a completely different store & delivery address than the ones I placed my order with. Instead of receiving my order in Deux-Montagnes, it was sent to Laval. I am already having a terrible time in life, and all I wanted was a snack which I can already not afford and had to put on my credit card because I haven't eaten anything all day. I do not understand why I cannot speak directly to the store, and instead it directs me through this hellscape loop of customer service calls. I had to call over 7 times, I haven't received my food or compensation yet they took the money.

This is the longest i’ve ever waited for a pizza and a garlic bread. Service was awful would not recommend.
