waited 45 mins for a pizza we ordered in advance and showed up 10 minutes past the “completion” time for. we told the worker as soon as we arrived that we ordered a pizza for pick up and she didn’t say anything for the next 30 minutes until finally we asked where our pizza was and they “realized” they never got the order, despite us showing our order confirmation. finally got the food and had completed the 5 star review thing for free drinks, then had to argue with the guy at the front because he simply claimed it didn’t exist even though there was a sign in front of his face which said it was a promotional thing and clearly going on, continued arguing with me even as he got us said drinks and denied the existence of the deal. food was good but the overall experience was inconvenient and a hassle, especially when you have to argue for something so evident.
