Last evening I went to get a pizza. I stayed there for 45 minutes to order and then getting my pizza. During this 45 minutes I regretted why I came here. This was my last visit to this location of pizza pizza. I would ask pizza pizza management to investigate what I am going to write now. Why at peak hour on Saturday there were only three staff including one on the counter and during my stay found out one out of those three left the location while the one in the kitchen was yelling on him. All three were not having any gloves on their hands. The one who was on counter going back and forth counter and kitchen touching cash bills that goes on so many hands and then going back putting chicken or French fries by his bare hand on the bucket of frying oven. I noticed the guy who was pulling out pizza from oven with help of a steel pan. I saw once it touched the floor of kitchen but he without cleaning used it as nothing unhygienic occurred. All three were extremely busy and working very hard but showing frustration of pressure. Once a guy in the kitchen in frustration threw all the order papers on other side of kitchen working table but then again collected them. The way they were taking orders highly unprofessional. Pizza I got was average, I brought it and ate too but was not comfortable seeing how they were cooking them. They need education training and location needed increase of manpower on rush hours I am not going again there anyway.
