First time I get this much good service by a morrocan guy on Thursday night . He is really good in customer services and makes the pizza same as I order. Thanks to him

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I’ve had too many bad experiences with this location, but this one was the worst. On January 31st, 2026, I placed a pickup order by phone at 5:25 PM and arrived at 5:45 PM. Customer service said it would take 15–20 minutes, but I ended up waiting TWO HOURS with my child. The staff ignored customers waiting inside, focused only on delivery orders, and gave no updates. Multiple customers, DoorDash, and Uber Eats drivers were leaving frustrated. I called customer service 3 times, and they kept saying my order should be ready, but nothing was ever given to me. To make it worse, one employee handling food wasn’t even wearing gloves and was wiping her nose. Customer service offered me a credit, but later I found out the regional director removed it, claiming my order was ready and “no one picked it up” after reviewing the video. That is completely false. I was there for TWO HOURS waiting. This location has terrible service, poor management, and no respect for customers’ time. I strongly do NOT recommend this location.

I ordered from Pizza Pizza recently, and the quality was not good. The crust was dry, toppings were minimal, and the pizza arrived late. Customer service also wasn’t very helpful. I hope they improve their quality.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Pizza location (5510 Henri-Bourassa Blvd W, Montreal). The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I placed a walk-in order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes, I went to ask about my order, and the staff member responded rudely, saying she was not making ready pizzas, without offering any explanation or apology. Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager available, which was very frustrating. Overall, the way customers are treated at this location is unacceptable. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. Better customer service and basic professionalism are seriously needed.

I recently had a pickup experience at Pizza Pizza, and it was a noticeable improvement from my past visits. The worker was quick and efficient, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. My order was ready on time, and everything was handled with a level of professionalism that stood out. It’s clear they’ve stepped up their service, and it definitely made a difference. Overall, a much better experience than before, and I’d be more confident ordering from here again.
