“I went to pick up my order, and the driver aggressively kicked the door, injuring me. When I expressed my concerns, I was met with disrespectful and abusive language. The staff, who seemed to act in a discriminatory manner, even called the police instead of resolving the issue respectfully. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but was told they were unavailable. I have reported this to Pizza Pizza, and they are investigating. This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.”

We come here almost every week after midnight, and this place has become our regular late-night stop. Even during quiet night hours, the service is always smooth and reliable. Most of the time there’s just one staff member working at night, and she handles everything really well—orders, service, and keeping things running calmly. The attitude is friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference, especially late at night. Overall, the experience is always positive. Easily 5-star service.
