BE CAREFUL found a hair in my preroll burrito🤢 they refused to refund me and gave me credits instead, that i cant even use directly on the app. so i went there in person at 4pm, the man that works there told me its closed for an hour, got in his car and left. this business is absolutly ridiculous, no notice nowhere and how can a FAST FOOD close when 1employee take a lunchbreak? a sunday at 4pm? damn i miss the subway

“I’ve eaten here three times, and I can say with certainty that I’m truly impressed by the quality of the food and the professionalism of the employees. The food is not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I honestly don’t have enough words to praise them. The staff are wonderful, and everything is very well organized. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve been completely satisfied and happy because the food is consistently very tasty.”

I have ordered from this location regularly for years and they used to be really good. The last four times I've ordered the pizza has taken over an hour to arrive (always with a different story of why), been ice cold, really poorly prepared, and usually not actually what I ordered. When I called customer service they transferred me repeatedly and hung up. No idea what happened, but just don't order from here. Here was my last order, their unique take on a thin crust pepperoni.
