I’ve ordered from here a few times but I think I’ll stop. Not only the delivery experience has been bad but also the food. First few orders were almost perfect, but recently the last few orders were handled by the same driver and I find that he is quite unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. This time, even before handing me the boxes, he was practically demanding a tip accusing me of giving low tips in the app. He said « What can we do with x amount » Whilst yes i realized that the tip on the app was lower than expected, that was my mistake entering it. But the way he brought it up was rude and agressive. Giving tips is up to the customer and should not be demanded rudely and said the way the driver did. On top of that, this is the second time that he’s also smoking, holding a cigarette but whilst handling the delivery at my front door. I find this really unprofessional. Not only that but previously I have also found a piece of plastic in my pizza (resolved with a refund) so I’m a bit unsure about quality and professionalism here. It’s a shame because I live so close to it but considering the unprofessionalism from the driver and the plastic in the food, I’ve decided to not order from here anymore.
