The owner. The old lady at the counter. Hella rude, mannerless humain being on earth I have ever met. They treat their customers like absolute garbage. Give wrong and false information about their products plus don’t even know about their products. When confronted defends like she’s the victime. Starts accusing the clients. She discriminates a lot. Over all very disgusting by the branch of Pizza Pizza. She claims she’s the owner but does have the etiquettes or brain to act like one. I’m not her family or a relative to who she can talk like that. Never coming here ever again

The woman at the counter doesn’t know how to deal with a customer at all. She has 0 communication skills. She’s claims that she the owner but doesn’t behave like one. Very rude, very arrogant. When we talked to her about her behaviour, she said . I’m client not her family. She’s supposed to give respect to every single client, response them nicely and give them information they’re asking. IT’S OUR RIGHT TO ASK THEM IF THE SLICES ARE FRESH OR NOT. Not recommended at all!

I recently ordered pizza from your restaurant. The pizza itself was good overall, although it was a bit salty. Aside from that, the quality and preparation were fine. However, I’m very disappointed with the delivery service. The delivery driver — an older gentleman who has delivered my order multiple times — asked for a tip in a very rude manner before even handing me the pizza. I was actually planning to tip him, but after the way he spoke to me, I decided not to. This is not the first time this has happened. It has now been the fourth delivery with the same driver, and each time his behavior has been unprofessional and uncomfortable. Tipping should always be a customer’s choice, not something demanded or pressured. Delivering the order is part of the job. Respecting customers is basic professionalism. I hope management addresses this issue seriously because it reflects poorly on an otherwise decent restaurant.
