The female staff member working in the evening was very unfriendly. In a previous order, cheese was missing, and this time there were small stones inside the pizza, like the ones used on the ground to prevent slipping in winter. I almost broke my tooth while chewing. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable

Very disappointed with the heating situation. The heating does not work at all, and everyone is struggling because it’s extremely cold inside. Customers and staff are both uncomfortable, which is completely unacceptable, especially during winter. The thermostat doesn’t work properly, and despite this being a serious issue, nothing seems to be done about it. This is not a minor problem — it affects health, comfort, and overall experience. People are literally freezing, and it shows a lack of responsibility and management. The franchise should take strict action immediately, fix the heating system, and ensure proper maintenance so this doesn’t happen again. No business should operate like this while ignoring such a basic and essential requirement. Very poor management and very disappointing experience.
