Really disappointing experience. I came in expecting to order a poutine and customize it the way I like, but was told that wasn’t possible. That was frustrating, especially since customization is pretty standard at most places. The service didn’t feel helpful or accommodating, and overall it just wasn’t a great experience. Definitely won’t be coming back.
