This establishment appears to be using deceptive pricing tactics to overcharge customers. I ordered a deal advertised as an XL 4-Topping Pizza for $17, yet I was charged $22. When I questioned the price difference, the staff informed me that the toppings I selected (chicken, olives, onions, and peppers) were not included in the base price of the deal. There are several major issues with how this business operates: Lack of Transparency: There was no prior disclosure that specific toppings would trigger extra charges. A deal should be honored as advertised, or the limitations must be clearly stated before the transaction is completed. The "French-Only" Hideout: In a city where officials and whistleblowers are often laser-focused on enforcing French-language menus, using a French-only display screen provides an easy hideout for owners to run these scams. Because the screen isn't in English, it is much easier to hide hidden fees from English-speaking customers who can't verify the line items in real-time. Systemic Honesty: While the girls working there were helpful, they seemed to view carrying out these "duties" as a form of loyalty to the chain. I told them directly: I don't mind paying more, but I expect to be charged honestly. Advice to others: This place has found a loophole by using language barriers to mask price gouging.
