I called to order a cheese pizza and fries. My total is 23$ . I was asked how o will pay. I said debit. I was told I need to pay 25 cent to use the debit. My question is why?

Totally mannerless female cashier on 5 march around 09:15 pm . Showing Attitude for no reason , she needs to learn some basic etiquettes before working in customer service.

This place is really AMAZING the staff is super friendly and kind the service is really efficient the food is really good there is also a lot of parking spaces but really it’s my go to pizza spot in all LaSalle

Yesterday around 9:30 pm, I went with my friend to pick up our order. We ordered pizza and chicken wings. The food was good, but the behavior of the female cashier was very rude. She literally threw our food boxes toward us. First of all, we paid for that food, so there is no reason to show attitude to customers. There was no greeting and no “thank you.” It’s okay if someone is having a bad day, but that does not mean you should treat customers badly. If you don’t like working in customer service, then maybe this job is not for you. Please don’t ruin customers’ day because of your attitude.

I had a really disappointing experience at Pizza Pizza. The staff member working there was incredibly unprofessional. I was standing right in front of the counter, watching my pizza burn, and no one was at the desk to help. After waiting, she still served me the burnt pizza. I had to tell her that the crust was so charred it was inedible. Eventually, she made a new one, but it was just overall a bad experience. She barely paid attention to customers, just on her phone the entire time. Another customer was waiting as well, and it was just really unprofessional and frustrating.

Pizzas are ok. It is not very nice to eat there. There is always a homeless inside.

Workers did not want to put stuffed crust in my pizza because they said there shift was ending clearly stating they dont care about there customers and they dont want to work. DONT COME HERE!

They basically told us they won't make our stuffed crust pizza because their shift was almost done lol. So we had to get a regular one instead basically because they were lazy. Poor customer service
