Complaint for Pizza Pizza Location: 1305 Rue Notre Dame, Lachine, QC H8S 2C9 Date & Time: May 30, 2025 around 10:25 PM I am writing this review to file a formal complaint about the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior I experienced today at this Pizza Pizza location. I arrived to pick up my order, but the entire street was blocked due to a local festival/band concert. I had no choice but to park three streets away and walk over, which made me a few minutes late. When I got to the counter, two female staff members (both short in height) immediately started shouting at me in front of other customers. They aggressively told me the system showed I had arrived five minutes earlier and accused me of coming late on purpose. I calmly tried to explain that there was no parking available on the street because of the event, but they refused to listen and continued raising their voices, blaming me entirely. Their tone was disrespectful and hostile. I felt completely humiliated and violated in public. This was not a simple complaint about a late order — this was straight-up verbal harassment from staff. As a customer, I expect basic respect, especially when external circumstances (like a public festival) are clearly beyond my control. Instead of showing any understanding, they chose to embarrass me. I will never order from this location again. This kind of rude and aggressive behavior from employees is unacceptable and needs to be addressed by management. Customers deserve better. Rating: 1/5 I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this branch.

Worst pizza pizza ever. Went to them for 1 large pizza in the morning. There were no customers in the store but they told me to wait 1 hour for a single pizza. Worst experience

Great thanks. We get the big rectangular pizza. There’s lots of pieces. It’s 29$ with tax on pick up. We are a family of 8. We eat as much as we all want and there’s still some left at the end. Not bad.

Staff ate always friendly and i love the food. My fav is the meat pizza but the chicken sandwich was surprisingly good.
