I may have been a little harsh so i will try again tonight and modify my review accordingly. After a false start, i tried ordering again and , i must say, i was satisfied with my order so i'm upgrading my review to 4 stars

We are very sorry for your experience today. There was a major world wide global outage with the hosting server. Which caused our website to be down for several hours, this was unfortunately out of our control.
Everything now is back to normal, we truly apologize and would love the chance to make it up for you
