The cleaning protocols here are performative rather than effective. I watched staff repeatedly wipe down already clean front counters while completely ignoring overflowing trash bins and sticky floors in the main public areas. It creates an illusion of cleanliness at the entrance while the actual environment degrades. True maintenance requires attention to the less visible details.
