I love the service I get each visit. They are the best. The pizza is great and you share half pizza and salad. Yes it's small place and sometimes crowded. Lunch time get around 11h30 or after 12h30 otherwise you won't find a spot.

They are serving most amazing pizza in city I tried pizza in many city but not like this I m vegetarian tried there all vegetarian pizza they all are amazing super delicious number 71 is my favourite

We dropped in for a Saturday lunch. It was almost full but we were seated right away. There was a real mix of families, couples and students. Our pizza arrived within 5 minutes and was delicious. Service was attentive and the price was reasonable.

Pleasant ten minute winter walk with lights and churches along the way from McGill campus. We came to celebrate a birthday with delicious wood-fired pizzas. (We hadn’t made a reservation and arrived on a Monday at 5:45 PM just as it was filling up, just as a heads up! ). So many choices! Great place for having many amazing options for vegetarians as well as not-so-vegetarians. They arranged a cake slice with a candle, a rousing start of the birthday song, and a superb little cannoli dessert for each person at our table. Thank you! Can’t beat a roaring fire and a warm welcoming staff for a March birthday celebration in Montreal! We don’t eat out very often, but this place is definitely on our list.

By far, the best pizza I've had in Montreal. I went with a group of 7 friends. All our pizzas arrived in a reasonable time. I ordered a simple peperonata pizza. The crust was perfect in crustiness and the tomato sauce was rich and well balanced. Our waiters were very welcoming, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Pizza II Focolaio. They have over 70 options to choose from in terms of toppings combinations, so I'll definitely be coming back to try another!

Sadly, Il Focolaio is not what it used to be. it’s no longer worth going.I’ve been a loyal customer of Il Focolaio Montreal for a long time and their pizza used to be excellent — very tasty.Unfortunately, my last few visits have been very disappointing. The crust was completely different from what I’m used to. Instead of being airy and fluffy around the edges, it was flat, dense, and lacked any air pockets. Parts of it were overcooked and extremely dry — some sections were so hard that I had to separate and remove them.In addition, the pizza usually comes with spicy oil, but this time we were told they didn’t have any, which was surprising and not acceptable for a restaurant known for its Italian pizza.

Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised by how many pizza options there were. We ordered two and in both cases they were super delicious and baked to perfection. Drink wise it’s wine or four beer options, I had an amber off the tap and it was fresh as well. Highly recommend Pizza Il Focolaio!

We ordered pizza to our hotel and it arrived more than 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time. I waited in the lobby, and after calling twice for an update, the staff were incredibly kind and professional. On the second call, the customer service representative let us know the order would be complimentary because of the delay. We truly felt cared for and valued. The pizza itself was absolutely delicious — even a little cool, it was outstanding. Great food, and even better customer service. We will definitely order again.
