It was outrageous, I just came back from the on st eustache and it is burned, I usually never have to look inside because I’ve always trusted this location 🤦🏻‍♂️ but now I’m home is raining and nothing to eat. I’m retuning it tomorrow ASAP to return this 3 pizzas is no way I’ll get disrespected like that after I work hard for my money is no way ! $50 order 3 pizzas very disappointed. It was on wed,April 29/2026 just wow I’ve never experienced something like this with pizza hut

I have placed an order at 7:00pm saying that it will be delivered by 7:34pm. When I tracked my order it showed as delivered. There was a cal and I answered, the delivery driver said that he cannot find the address I told him the intersection with postal code he said he cannot deliver since the delivery was cancelled. I told him that it was showing as delivered. I called the store and asked why my order was cancelled. They were not giving me an answer and said that order needs to be replaced. I said ok but can you add pineapples it was a simple request since I forgot to add it in the order, but the person on the phone was rude and said NO. They should have atleast compensate me for that add on since the order was not delivered in first place. I said ok and waited for the order and again they were saying the address is not there. I told them that I have received a confirmation with my delivery address and the person is saying that its not his fault and that it was mine. Very rude service and not ordering from there anymore. Not professional
