I ordered a poutine pizza with extra cheese. I called the manager when my pizza had no poutine cheese. The manager told me that I chose to remove the cheese. I did not and explained it. I asked why I would order extra cheese on a poutine pizza and then just get normal cheese The manager then lied and said there’s no mozzella on a poutine pizza. Because why would I pay 2.25 for more cheese, only to remove cheese and go to regular cheese. I asked them to remake the pizza and he said no. Turns out in Thrive NDG as my post picks up steam this is a regular. They just don’t wanna put extra cheese. Anyone else with this experience hit me up, let’s go to the news.
