Driver never called my phone number as it was instructed in the notes. So they cancelled my order I called the restaurant and he said “come get it if you want” although I was explaining to him that no one has called why did you cancel! My phone literally was on my hand. 0 calls from you guys For 6 years I was loyal customer. Today is the last day.

This is my second review for Pizza Hut. I decided to give them another chance after my first review — which, by the way, received no response at all. Unfortunately, the result is disappointing again. The pizza was overbaked and dry, and it does not look anything like the photos shown on the website or in the app. What you advertise and what you actually deliver are two completely different things. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when feedback is ignored and the quality does not improve, it becomes a pattern rather than an accident. This was a second chance — and sadly, it was wasted.

Placed an order on the Pizza Hut app while the store was marked OPEN. Arrived within minutes, but staff had already closed and refused to make the order, saying they don’t accept last 10–15 min orders. If that’s the case, online ordering should be turned off. Very frustrating and misleading. Poor management.

I never eat like that pizza in my life . Very bad . They make it in 10 min . Small pizza 16 $ omg . I recommend people please don’t eat pizza here .
