I ordered 2 mediums all dressed pizza and a Caesar salad drink and dips. I got the wrong toppings on me pizza I didn't get a salad at all no Caesar salad and I was never able to get a refund for what I paid for with door dash I am reaching out to the restaurant for a refund Bec this is not acceptable at all!

Placed an online order for pick up. Food was ready as soon as I walked in the restaurant. Friendly employee greeted me at the counter. Food was well made.

When I opened the pizza box at home, it was obvious that a piece had been taken from one corner of the pizza before it was delivered. This was very disappointing and completely unacceptable. I expected to receive a full, untouched pizza.

I use to order the daily special pizza here til I saw one of the staff worked with open toes sandals. Pretty sure that is a health code violation. Also the staff is not even aware of the free pizza you get from the loyalty program. They held my pizza til they spoke to the manager on the phone. Like bruh, same service as Tim Hortons IYKYK

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with **Pizza Hut**. I placed an online order that was fully confirmed — payment accepted and everything — only for it to be cancelled shortly afterward because it was “too close to closing time.” If you’re not going to honor orders near closing time, then why allow them to go through in the first place? The system shouldn’t accept and confirm an order if the store isn’t prepared to fulfill it. It’s frustrating, inconvenient, and honestly feels like a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. I had already made plans around this order, only to be left scrambling for alternatives at the last minute. No proper explanation, no real apology — just a cancellation notice. Poor service and very disappointing experience overall. Definitely won’t be ordering again anytime soon. Also please don't give me ur automated reply about thanks for ur feedback and we r improving pur service crap
