I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with **Pizza Hut**. I placed an online order that was fully confirmed — payment accepted and everything — only for it to be cancelled shortly afterward because it was “too close to closing time.” If you’re not going to honor orders near closing time, then why allow them to go through in the first place? The system shouldn’t accept and confirm an order if the store isn’t prepared to fulfill it. It’s frustrating, inconvenient, and honestly feels like a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. I had already made plans around this order, only to be left scrambling for alternatives at the last minute. No proper explanation, no real apology — just a cancellation notice. Poor service and very disappointing experience overall. Definitely won’t be ordering again anytime soon. Also please don't give me ur automated reply about thanks for ur feedback and we r improving pur service crap
