I placed my order over an hour ago, and 45 minutes ago the website marked it as "packing your order". I've tried calling five times no one answers the phone and it goes to an automated message saying that the mailbox hasn't been set up. Who knows if i'm going to get my order or not.

I ordered delivery tonight and selected the cash payment option online on your website. When the driver arrived, he told me he didn't have any change. This has happened multiple times now with different Pizza Hut drivers. If cash payment is offered as an option during online ordering, drivers need to come prepared with change. It's pretty straightforward. I normally tip well, but I should always have the choice of how much to tip. This feels like either poor training or a deliberate practice to inflate tips. Either way, it's very unprofessional and puts customers in an uncomfortable position. If your drivers can't carry change, remove cash as a payment option. Until this gets addressed, I'll be ordering from somewhere else.
