Never ordering from here again! The worst service ever! The last 2 times I ordered, pizzas we're still raw and uncooked. I couldn't even remove a slice until i baked it myself. I said nothing, still always tipped very generously. But tonight! That was the last straw! I got treated with the most disrespect, mocked, laughed at and yelled at by my a delivery driver. Upon calling the store, they refused to give me the owners contact. Also refused to give me any kind of phone number that I can call to speak to the owner. Will the owner of location contact me please? You might want to know what goes on at this location. The staff here won't connect me to a manager or owner.

I placed an Uber Eats order for pickup at 3:00 PM and planned the timing so you’d have enough time to make it and I could arrive when it was ready. The order wasn’t complicated: a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, and a chicken pizza. Within a minute of placing the order, I got a notification saying it was already “ready for pickup,” which is impressive considering it would be physically impossible to make three pizzas in under a minute. About five minutes later I received a phone call that ended before I could even say hello. When I called the restaurant back, I was told the order had been cancelled because you didn’t have the ingredients to make it. So just to make sure I understand: a pizza restaurant didn’t have the ingredients to make a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, or a chicken pizza… at 3:00 PM? If that’s the case, the order probably shouldn’t have been accepted in the first place. And marking it as “ready for pickup” immediately before cancelling it doesn’t exactly inspire confidence either. I’d genuinely love to know what part of this process made sense on your end, because from the customer side it comes across as either extremely disorganized… or like someone just didn’t feel like making the order.

Why cant you put well done on the app? The pizzas are 99% of the time under cooked and inedible. You wonder why pizza hut is going bankrupt.. theres no quality control its just make the pizzas as fast as possible… they even give 50% off now but you know youre gonna get under cooked pizza. So why even bother?

Very nice workers, clean tables and eating space even the bathroom was very clean. And the food was hot and ready in a timely manner.

Just had the worst pizza experience at the Pizza Hut delivery unit in TMR. Ordered a pan pizza but received a normal dough. Pizza arrived cold. Pizza was burnt on the top and raw at the bottom. Toppings were scarce. Ordered a large meat lover's. Cost me 43$ on Uber Eats with too and tax and it was simply terrible.....now I know why people buy frozen pizzas. They are better and I could buy 5 to 7 pizzas for that price

I didn’t order a roti. I wanted 2 veggie pan pizza and got this. They said 4 toppings spread nicely, but didn’t even cover all the pizza. One has a bunch of topics and the other barely even is called a veggie pizza. I was so disappointed while watching the process that I said to not even cut it and bought it back home to cut it myself since I paid for it. Is that even worth to be $34.45 for food that doesn’t even come close to your expectations. So bad!
