It’s been a while since I’ve had such amazing service !! Arya called me directly after I ordered on line to make sure what I had ordered was right , then called me again to let me know the details of the order and when it would get here . Wow !!! That doesn’t happen anymore ! Well done Arya 😊 It’s such a shame to have to take this back . Will never order from this restaurant again ! Arya if you’re still there keep up the good work . But who ever manages this restaurant should probably find a new job that does not include costumer service . I placed an order on line and did not get notification via email . Did not want to drive there to discover my order was never sent , so I called the restaurant to make sure that had received my order . The man on the phone did not even let me speak . He told me twice that they did not deal with on line services 😳 then yelled at me and hung up on me . So I pulled a crazy Karen and called later after the rush to complain . The cashier listened to my story and put me on hold to speak to the manager . I assume he took the phone cause someone hang up on me again , so I called back he hung up on me again 🤣 So absolutely rude ! Turns out if you scroll through the reviews , you will find that these kinds of things happen quite a lot there .
