Placed an order for a Thin & Crispy, upon pick up it was a regular crust pressed into thin. Walked back in, and asked the staff if they could remake it. Nope, they attempted to argue that the pizza was what I asked for. Reached out to the store for a remake, no one cares to respond.

We ordered 3 items, and they charged more for each item. When asked about the price difference, they said the menu is not updated. For a pizza of $28.99 on the menu, they charged us $38.99! A simple "menu not updated" is not good enough as an excuse! I asked for a refund right away. They couldn't even refund me on the spot and said the manager would call me in two business days and refund me, but they didn't even ask my phone number. Very suspicious business!

I’m from Toronto and I was visiting Gatineau when I decided to stop by Pizza Hut on Portage. I was honestly very impressed by the experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was quick even though it seemed busy. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I wanted. You can tell the team works hard to keep the quality high and make customers feel welcome. It’s not always easy to find a place that is both fast and consistent, but this location definitely stands out. If I come back to Gatineau, I will definitely visit again. Great job to the whole team!

Absolutely love this place! I've been a regular for years, and the staff have always been great and welcoming, cost is low for what you get from deals, the pizzas and the wings and the like have been tasty, and food is rarely wasted, as customers that cancel orders occasionally lead to staff giving them to customers
