I used to love Pizza Hut, but since they moved to this new spot on Maloney, the pizzas have been super low quality. Like, sometimes there's barely any cheese on whole slices, and way fewer toppings than before. I work in Ottawa and often order from the St-Laurent location, and they make great Pizza Hut pizza, just like the Gatineau location used to. It almost feels like management can't get the employees to take pride in their work. It's really disappointing because we used to order at least once a week. I loved the rewards, but it's not worth the crappy pizza I've gotten the last few times. I might try again, but not anytime soon. And to make matters worse parking at the location is limited, so when I arrived, there were no spots. I waited a few minutes for someone to leave so I could grab their spot, but it never happened, so I made my own spot on the side. When I entered the restaurant, I asked whose vehicles were taking up all the spots since there was nobody in the store, and the clerk said it was all the employees' vehicles taking all the spots directly in front of the store and thought this was funny. Unbelievable!!!
