The cheese is always burnt on the pizza, I even ordered one with extra cheese, hoping that might solve it, I was wrong, and the other one was just burnt to a crisp, not sure if you're trying to save on cheese but the customers are paying dearly for your choices.

We ordered 1 Hawaiian and 2 pepperoni lovers medium pizzas last night for pick up. I understand that the $5 deal or $7 for lovers pizza on the 2nd and 3rd pizzas must squeeze their margins but what we got was in no way up to Pizza Hut standards! 1 of the pizzas had the wrong style crust, not a big deal but I do prefer pan style, and all 3 barely had enough toppings, cheese or sauce for even a regular pizza definitely not a lovers pizza. The end result, Sadly, is I would never order again from here or recommend it to anyone!

I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. My order was delivered to the wrong address, which was frustrating enough, but the situation got worse afterward. Instead of preparing a fresh order, they retrieved the same pizza from the incorrect location and tried to convince me to accept it. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and customer service standpoint. I was shocked that this was even suggested as a solution. To make matters worse, the lady manager I spoke with was unprofessional and dismissive, showing no concern for the situation or willingness to resolve it properly. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this location based on how this issue was handled.

Took over an hour, delivery driver did not follow the instructions. Pizza ice cold, wrong pizza and when we called she argued with us that it was right order. Above and beyond not a lot of toppings, no sauce (we ordered extra!) and not very tasty at all.

One of the absolute worst pizzas I’ve ever tasted. Took over an hour to get to me. Arrived ice cold. Ordered a pan pizza and received a regular pizza. Almost non existent toppings. No extra sauce as requested. Called to complain and basically told, too bad. Never again.

Fast service but BARELY any toppings more than 1.5 inches of crust. Total scam. Also impossible to park in the tiny lot when there's >3 cars
