My son Ordered pizza today. It was delivered to my home here in kahnawake. When I got home I noticed that almost 10$ tax was charged to him. I called them to let them know that when something is delivered to the Mohawk reservation of kahnawake that there should be no tax added. The manager was extremely rude as I expected so the entire conversation was recorded. He claims that he didn't know but that he has alot of customers from kahnawake. He explained that my son should of told him that he was from kahnawake.??? That makes zero sense to anyone who was listening to the conversation. This person was very argumentative as well. If your from kah wake I would advise you to order from chateauguay pizza hut if u would like friendly understable service. 2 pizzas and some chicken tenders for75$!! 100% unreasonable. Shame on this place and its management. Just to add that it says delivery to kahnawake right on the taxed receipt!

I called to make sure they had the offer published in Insta that when team Canada wins in the football games there is free pizza the next day for the first 100 clients. Employees did not even know about it and after lots of time explaining to them and them checking what to do, they said no. What a waste of time. They only do publicity and don't follow up on what they offer. I was truly disappointed and will never again go there.

There were 4 people in the back talking and I waited 10 min to pickup my order who was ready and kept in a warm place. They looked at me several times but nobody came. There was also a woman wearing plastic gloves, she scrubbed the garbage bin and after that went straight to the oven to manipulate the pizza, didn’t change the gloves, didn’t wash her hands. This is nit the first time I had a bad service. I tried delivery and they were late, like one hour late. Another time they had the pizza done but they forgot to do the chicken strips, had to wait twenty minutes for them… and so on.
