Breaks my heart to write this review, but Pizza Charlevoix is not the same as it used to be. I've ordered from Pizza Charlevoix many times for the past 5 years. The pizza, and especially the fried chicken were so good. I wouldn't have even hesitated to say that they were a top 5 fried chicken spot in Montreal. But the last 2 times I ordered, it has been bad. I don't know what happened, maybe they changed suppliers, recipes, cooks. I don't know. I got the Mega combo today and -the breading was rock hard and tasted burnt -the seasoning was off -the chicken was dry -the gravy sauce was flavorless, just salty If it weren't for the packaging, I would have assumed that I ordered from another restaurant. It was basically inedible and I ended up tossing most of the order. I'm writing this hoping you can revert back to the old ways because you were one of my favorite delivery places. But until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't know when will be the next time I try Pizza Charlevoix, but probably not for a long time :(
