Small shop, but as close to a NY slice as you will get in Montréal. As native of NJ, I have not found a better pizza joint yet. If you crave a thin, crispy NY slice, and even some with a gourmet twist, this is THE spot.

Catherine at Pizza Bouquet was amazing! She was very welcoming, clear with her communication, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Her hospitality really stood out and made us feel appreciated as customers. I hope management recognizes her great customer service because she truly represents the restaurant in the best way. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing! It’s tight to eat inside the shop at the counter but was delicious. We created our own food tour of the neighborhood and we all loved our slices from Pizza Bouquet!
