I had a really great time at A & N 2 pour Un 1. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were really nice and joyful. The pizza was delicious and well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A majorly underrated spot for some amazing food. The slices, poutines, it’s all top notch. What I liked most is even though it’s a fast food place, they come to your table to serve you. Amazing quality and people. I came from downtown, I wish I lived closer!

A&N is honestly such a great spot. The quality of what they offer stands out right away, and you can tell they really care about the experience, not just the product. Everything feels well thought-out, from the atmosphere to the service. It’s one of those places you go to once and already want to come back. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t already.

We placed a delivery order around 11:00 PM, and we live only about 7 minutes away. Unfortunately, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food to arrive. After waiting 40 minutes, I called the store and was told the driver had already left and would arrive “any minute.” Another 20 minutes passed with no delivery, so I called again. Once again, I was told the driver was on the way. At that point, I expressed that this delay was unacceptable and asked for some form of compensation. I was told they couldn’t do anything and that I should speak to the driver, who was apparently “the boss.” When the driver finally arrived 15 minutes later, he had no idea about the situation and confirmed he was not the boss and couldn’t help us. He suggested we call the store instead—sending us in circles. We took the food at that point (because we were extremely hungry), I called the store again to speak with a manager. I was told the boss wasn’t there and that nothing could be done, but they would leave a note for him to call me back. It has now been over 24 hours, and I have received no follow-up. The food itself was decent, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just some accountability for the delay and poor communication. The lack of follow-up speaks volumes. Very frustrating experience overall.
