Pixel, just a few miles over the Vermont- Quebec border nestled in the hills of the Eastern Townsships was our restaurant experience after a 5 hour drive from Boston. It was memorable in many respects. We chose to eat outside and sampled ingeniously prepared food that combines foods in unique ways.Whether you opt for brioche, tofu &miso spread, mushrooms, poa he'd egg, chicory or porchetta hashbrown, apple parsley& horseradish salad, you will feel that you are experiencing the cuisine of a Michelin starred restaurant. If you are within 100 miles of Sutton, make Pixel your stop for lunch.

Great place for a daytime meal, from Breakfast, brunch to lunch. They change their menu depending on seasonal items available and I always love to order the special they have. Theres an outdoor patio to enjoy on a sunny day and watch passerby on main street. They also serve great drinks, from quality coffees to cocktails, wine and beer.
