Good spot overall. The sandwich was a bit hit or miss — one half wasn’t very tender, while the other was much better, so it might have just been inconsistent. The burger was excellent and definitely a must-try. That alone makes it worth the visit. It’s located in the Old Port, so parking can be difficult, but overall it’s still a place worth trying at least once.

My expectations for this place were quite high, mainly because the advertising looks really appealing. However, after trying it, I felt a bit disappointed. The meat, overall, is decent—nothing exceptional, but it does the job. Unfortunately, the fries were a major letdown. It felt like they were rushed during cooking; they were undercooked on the inside, lacked flavor, and overall were poorly prepared. On the positive side, the special mayo is really good and stands out. If they improve the quality of the fries, this could easily become a great combination. For now, though, it’s good meat and a great sauce paired with very low-quality fries.

Good spot in the Old Port with a cozy setup. The steak sandwich stood out, the pulled beef burger was enjoyable, and the smashed burger was just average. Fries were on point and the fresh lemonade was a nice touch.

I had a really great experience at Pinnacle Wagyu. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the quality of their food, and the beef really stands out. My personal favorites are the steak and fries and the Pinnacle cheesesteak. The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the fries were crispy and delicious. The cheesesteak was also super juicy and packed with flavor.

The cheese steak is so good. I took one bite and bought 2 more. My girlfriend took the burger and also really enjoyed her food. We spoke to Amir the owner and he was very friendly and helpful to us. I definitely recommend this deli.

Loved the food here, the Philly cheesesteak and the On the Road steak frites were amazing! I also really liked the beef Braise the roof burger. For a wagyu spot, it's also very affordable. Will definitely be back to try more things.

I'll start off by saying damn that steak was delicious much better then the steak I had at a neighboring steakhouse which was over twice the price. The reason I did not give 5 starts is because the burger was honestly really bad. I got a single patty burger because based on the picture the patty was a bit chunky and 1 seemed like enough. However, it was very thin but the meat itself tasted very good. The reason the burger was bad is because the bun was so big that I couldn't taste the meat. I ended up removing the patty to eat it on its own. The other toppings weren't anything special also. I give the burger 2/5. I'll try the cheesesteak next time. Please change the picture of the burger to reflect the actual product, change the bun so it doesn't mask the amazing taste of the meat. The meat is really good you should let it shine.

The food was amazing, barely had to wait! The prices a just a little bit high but that’s normal cuz it’s a deli in old port so you have to be understanding. Only reason I’m giving a 4/5 on atmosphere is because the playlist is a little funny like it doesn’t match the aesthetic of the place, made me giggle but besides that I really recommend it !

We ordered the Waygu fries and the pinnacle cheesesteak sandwich. Both were excellent and the truffle fries with Waygu were great! Note: The passion fruit lemonade is also very good. It’s a nice touch.

The sandwich was very good, and the truffle fries were excellent. The only downside was the patterned wrapping paper used for the sandwich. It shouldn’t be heated in the panini press, as it gave off a strong chemical smell. Hopefully, they switch to proper heat-safe paper when warming the sandwiches.

First time customer and definitely not the last time! We ordered the Cheesesteak sandwich with a side of Caesar salad. The sandwich was amazing; the steak was great quality and was cooked perfectly. It melted in your mouth. The cheese and sauce were perfect. The Caesar salad was a pleasant surprise and was a great side meal. Overall a 10/10
