The atmosphere is great. I really like the trees and the design of the place. The staff were super friendly. However, the food was not very good. The fattoush didn’t feel like real fattoush, and the falafel was not good either. On the positive side, the caramel latte was really good. I chose this place because I wanted somewhere I could drink coffee, work on my laptop, and have lunch — and this place offers all of that. I might give it another try; maybe other dishes are better.

We went here a couple of days ago. We were a group of 5. There was no wait time despite the weekend. But after we sat down it took a while for someone to take our order and bring the food. Probably 30 minutes. The food was good but we had to ask for utentils and napkins. Condiments as well. And each took a few minutes. The food was good and tasty. Eggs were well prepared. The juices were the best. fresh and delicious.

I recently visited Pigeon Café & Bar twice — once for a relaxing coffee break and later for an event — and both experiences were absolutely fantastic. On my first visit, I stopped by for coffee and was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the coffee was perfectly brewed, and it was such a comfortable spot to unwind. You can tell they really care about quality and creating a great experience for their customers. I later returned for an event, and it truly exceeded expectations. The space was beautifully set up, well organized, and ran smoothly from start to finish. What stood out the most across both visits was the team — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They made everyone feel welcome and ensured everything was handled seamlessly. Yesterday, we went to your cafe to have our breakfast (around 12:00pm). We didn’t have a reservation. We were asked to wait for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the server told us that there was no table available for 3 people and that they wouldn’t be able to seat us. Also, about half of the tables were empty. However, we didn’t have a reservation. If you only accept customers who have reservations (if this is your procedure and we were not seated due to that policy), then I have nothing to say. But, if the reason is something else, I believe we were treated disrespectfully.

the atmosphere is super nice at pigeon, i loved all the greenery and lights and the whole vibe was just great. the richard lewis sandwich is so stacked with so much meat, it is totally a carnivores dream ! some bits of meat were a bit chewier and tough to bite off, so it was kind of hard and messy to eat, but it was yummy! the cheese melted on top also had really nice flavour too, that was super good. i really liked the challah bread, which was soft and toasted and made a bit soggy but the copious amounts of mustard. the mustard was a good balance to all the meat, and i liked how it wasn’t too strong or sharp or pungent.

Went with my wife on Valentine’s Day and was happy to see no special menu or undesired fixed menu. The place wasn’t too crowded so was perfect for us. The service was great nothing exceptional but was nothing bad to say. Friendly and welcoming. The place itself has nice with nude tones and 2 fake trees inside that look great with little lights on it. Plants and mirrors inside. The food was delicious and came quickly enough. Decent price for the food, decor and service.

First time going and i went for breakfast. I ordered the salmon&avo toast: expect it to be bigger but it was very tasty. Tuna melt was very good too! Iced vanilla latte was yummy too It was quite early so it was pretty quiet (10 am) and calm atmosphere. Not sure how loud it usually gets

The atmosphere and décor were nice, and the staff were friendly. However, the food was average. The steak sandwich was salty, and the Mediterranean chicken bowl didn’t seem very fresh.

I thought this place was going to be more of a coffee shop, but it ended up being a restaurant. However I don't think thats a bad thing. A coffee shop with restaurant service, that's how I would describe it. Océane, My waitress was impeccable, she was fast, super nice and she was always there when I needed her to be there, she has to have some sort of superpower to know when she's needed somewhere. Anyways 10/10 would definitely recommend. :)

I’m revising this initially great review, because I just had some of that “cucumber salad” that shows up a lot on the menu. What I was served was essentially a raw onion salad. I can’t believe their recipe would call for anything close to that. Also, one single toast with breakfast, really? There are lot of good things about this place but these those two things alone offset them unfortunately. EDIT: and no way to put 15% tip (only 18% and up…). We need to do the actual math, lol. So yeah, that’s another star.

My friends and I have done birthday parties here. Atmosphere is great, cozy, and not too loud and Pigeon (McGill) always accommodate for our big group parties (through email). The service is good, staff is nice. The food is a bit pricey I find and if I were you, I'd go here more for a coffee/chill hangout spot than for dinner. Overall, nice spot for hangouts!
