Extremely disappointed with our experience at Picks. We were served chicken wings that were cold straight out of the fryer. Even after sending them back, the second 'fresh' batch arrived just as cold as the first. Completely unacceptable service and quality control.

Regarding the wings, they were initially prepared according to our standard frying procedure. When you informed us that they were cold, we promptly replaced them and ensured they were fried longer to better meet your expectations. Such a cute little shop downtown! The food is good, and not overly greasy! Keep going back for the veggie burger and poutine!

Amazing experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the menu had great options to choose from. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The atmosphere was also really nice and comfortable. Definitely one of the best burger spots I’ve been to. Highly recommend! 💓💓💓

The food was so delicious and the prices were good, the two men who work there were so kind that they made you enjoy the food much more, the place is very beautiful and it's really worth stopping to try the food

Very different since ownership changed. Food is much worse and the order got messed up - they put on my least favorite ingredients which I did not mark on my little sheet. Sadly won’t be returning unless ownership changes back. Only reason for 2 stars is that the man that helped us was super kind and the prices are ok. Bread and meat is too dry compared to before.

Amazing prices, fab service, patties could’ve been on the thinner side because it was hard to bite on those thick ones. Also, thinner patties would’ve given a nice fine crust, making the burger experience much juicier and more enjoyable.

Best burger in Montreal. Quality meat for the best price I have seen out there, along with delicious sauces and soft yet crunchy buns are undeniably good! I used to go weekly when the owners 10 years ago and I was in college (very understanding prices) and nowadays it still has the same tasty food and warm ambiance. Highly recommend it

This place got a lot of upvotes in a reddit thread so I thought I'd give it a try. Apparently they switched owners but the guys I was met with were handling my order with such pride and care that I assumed they had been there for ages. The burger was delicious and tasted just as fresh as they claimed. While it isn't the best place to sit down and dine, the fact that it's located on St Marc makes it easy to find a nearby spot to quickly park and pick-up. Definitely coming back.

I used to love Picks; it was hands-down the best burger joint in downtown. Seeing the elderly Korean couple every time gave me such a sense of familiarity and comfort. However, I noticed the ownership has changed. The moment I opened the door, I was hit by a heavy smell of grease. They didn't seem to turn on the exhaust fan at all during the entire process, and the smoke just kept getting thicker—it was quite unpleasant to be surrounded by such an oily atmosphere. While the shop looked decent in terms of cleanliness, the food was a total disappointment. The burgers taste completely different now. We ordered and paid for extra toppings and sauces, but they were missing from our order entirely. The patties have lost that signature juiciness I used to love. It’s such a shame to lose such a great spot. I won't be coming back.

As our kitchen and dining area are compact, it may take a little time for all air to fully ventilate. Order Details- We reviewed your order for three burgers (cut in half), which included egg in one burger, caramelized onions on all three, sautéed mushrooms on all three, along with sweet potato fries. Our records confirm that you were charged only for the above-mentioned toppings, and no charge was applied for sauces. Your meal was prepared exactly as ordered and paid for. We truly appreciate your visit and feedback, as it helps us continue improving and maintaining the standards our guests expect from Picks.

Absolutely in love in the amount of variation they give in customizations, beating most competitors in the neighborhood. Picks has another person to add to their international clientele! Lo aprecio ❤️
