great place! great food. Didnt expect to like the food so much but if youre in montreal and are craving some authentic pho, this is the place for you!! could taste the distinct notes of cloves and star anise, yum!!! also rlly enjoy the general tao chicken! wasnt very happy with the quantity but tasted delightful regardless! recommend both, pho more than the rest though.

The Pho soup was absolutly exceptional, we've tried almost every Pho place on Montreal and this broth, wow, so flavorful, rich, absolutly incredible. We only stumbled on it by accident because Pho New York was so busy, its our usual spot, so happy we came here, this will be our new place and they take credit cards unlike Pho NY. The grilled shrimp and meat was so delicious, my husband said he should have ordered two plates, and I agree, really smokey and tasty. I took a red spicy soup, it was okay, good but not as flavourful as the Pho.

Amazing food and outstanding service! The shrimp, chicken, and beef soup were delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. The spring rolls were crispy and amazing! Everything was fresh, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

my family and i arrived just before lunch and it was quite spacey before getting filled up for lunch hour. we got the spicy noodles, the beef and chicken combos, and the shrimp rolls. the food was delicious, the portions were huge, and the wait time was minimal. we especially liked the seasoning on their beef and the effective variety of flavors. the servers were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the space had a nice vibe. overall a nice experience!

I regret spending money here! The service was dismal — no greeting when I came in even though the place was empty, forgot to give me water, no checking in during the meal or after. The pho was bland, the grilled shrimp was bland and undercooked, the salad was westernized??? and they gave me rice instead of noodles 🙁 It’s expensive for what it is. I should’ve listened to my gut and not gone to a place called “oh yeah!” because it was, in fact, “hell no!”

Service was so bad. They didn’t give us a menu, I had to get up and walk around the restaurant to get one. And then they didn’t have some stuff on the menu even though it was there. They said they had it last month but not this month, then update your menu????? No wonder why this place was the only place with no wait in Chinatown.

The server was really nice and the combo 44 was amazing. All the meats were tender, albeit lacking a little flavor. It would be better if it was marinated longer I also liked that on a holiday weekend, there was no line and no wait to get in. Unlike pho bang which got a line out the door.

This review is from a tourist, not a local: Decided on Vietnamese cuisine while we were out for lunch in Old Montreal and picked this spot. The food tasted well enough to justify its price. We ordered spring rolls, vermicelli, rice with beef, pho and pad Thai. Everything tasted fantastic but the pad Thai was disappointingly bland (it lacked that turmeric sauce taste that is essential), but then again it’s a Vietnamese restaurant, not a Thai restaurant. Portions were alright, it’s pretty standard among Vietnamese restaurants. We were seated pretty quickly and the staff can speak comprehensible English. Only complaint is that my table visibly had some sauce stains left over from the previous diner and they forgot our forks and spoons ;-; but the restaurant interior looked nice and it was quiet without it being dead silent. Short Review: recommend the rice with beef combo, don’t recommend the pad Thai, would definitely tell a friend to go here.

Good authentic food, portions are big according to the price. I order the pho, pad Thai and a combo. I don’t think one person can finish the pho but it’s warm and comforting. The only problem is service was a bit late

We were looking for Vietnamese food and we were on borrowed time with our baby as bed time was approaching, and this place did not disappoint! Food was delicious, we were served quickly, and service was great. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat and don’t want to compromise on taste or quality, I recommend. Bonus points for being kid friendly and having a high chair :)

On our last day in Montreal, we decided to try Vietnamese food, and it turned out to be a great choice. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. A great place to enjoy a good meal. I would definitely come back.

The soups aren’t authentic and spring shrimp rolls lack core ingredients. Can get better quality for same price nearby Lot less crowded than other restaurants if in a rush.
