I take out my pho from this restaurant (I customized my soup to my taste)😝🤪 1 thing I noticed about eating from them each time after my pho, I don't have that strange dehydrated mouth aftertaste like in other pho places🤔....likely they dont add MSG or excessive salt😃👍

I have always ordered takeout from this restaurant and have been very satisfied. I even left a 5-star review in the past. Unfortunately, my experience dining in today was extremely disappointing. My daughter and I decided to eat at the restaurant and ordered one XL pho, which is a very large portion and more than enough to share between two people. When we placed the order, the lady taking it had an attitude and said, “That’s it? Just this?” which already made us uncomfortable. When the food arrived, we were given only one empty bowl. When I politely asked for a second bowl so we could share the soup, she became upset and said, “Why do you need another one? That’s a lot of work for us.” I was honestly shocked by this response but calmly explained that we needed two bowls to share. When I went to pay, I mentioned that I didn’t appreciate how we were treated and that I was disappointed. Instead of apologizing, she argued with me and kept repeating that it was too much work and that they had a lot of customers. Good food does not excuse poor customer service. Being made to feel unwelcome for sharing a meal, especially with a child, was very upsetting. Sadly, this experience completely changed my view of this place.
