We had the spring rolls and chicken pho. The rolls were OK, but mostly rice noodles and the dipping sauce was bland, hardly any flavour. The pho was just OK. It didn't have the complex broth we have come to expect from good pho. Update: Tried again since Nguyen Phi was closed. My original review stands and I'll add that the service is not friendly.
