I love this place. The service has improved. There is more decorations than there were now (plants, etc.), which I love. I always get the vermicelli pork and it is fantastic. It can be a bit cold if you sit next to the window in the winter.

I have gone here a lot as I like to support local, I always get p10 pho and it’s good. I went this Tuesday got my pho and as I’m eating realized there was a fly/bug floating in my soup, I didn’t freak out I took it out and showed the waiter. He then took it back to the kitchen and I could hear them saying loudly that it wasn’t them and saying “NO NO NO”, I honestly think the whole restaurant could hear. He came back and I felt bad…. He said that it can’t be from the kitchen it must have fallen from the ceiling….. I wasn’t offered another bowl or my bill wasn’t adjusted or credited. I didn’t eat the pho after I found the bug. Anyways I was honestly disappointed and won’t be going back. And I suggest cleaning the ceiling if bugs are falling from them….

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Take out had Pho soup or I should say a bowl of noodles with strips of over done chicken. Mine is better. So disappointed. It’s in the bin.

Looks like humple place but tranquil and cozy. Staff are kind and hard working. And first of all, their soups are one of the best I tried in Gatineau/ Ottawa.
