Am from Ontario came here for work and ordered my food. Went back to my hotel to eat it and realized the main thing I ordered from my combo “the sandwich “ was missing and i had just gotten my poutine . I went back and told the staff it was missing and he didn’t believe me. I had to argue with him for like two minutes until he actually gave me my food which had been prepared but not given to me . Some of the worst service ever dont go to this location

I’ve never had my order prepared this fast at any KFC before. Seriously impressive speed. Everything was very clean, the restaurant was well organized, and the staff were friendly and positive. Great experience overall — this location is doing a fantastic job. Keep it up!

This place is the slowest serving fast food restaurant i’ve ever seen in my life i waited 45 minutes for 10 pieces of chicken and the staff is badly trained and have no clue what they are doing and the cost is outrageous. 0/10 for me

This is easily the cleanest KFC I have ever been to. Spotless tables, bathrooms, everywhere. Service was quick and friendly, and the chicken was how I remembered it used to be. Crisp, hot, and delicious. A hidden gem for the drive between Ottawa and Montreal.
