I was to pick up for 6 and it is not working at alll 45minutea later the girl keeps saying it will be ready soon…. What a disappointment for a 170 dollar order…. I wish I could cancel and leave ! Never again!

Food was so oily cold and falling apart. Looked very old. I had to throw it out. Not crispy at all either. They also dont serve it properly and everything fell out in the bag. Do not recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. I had to wait a long time just to place my order, and even longer to receive it — and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy.

This location has gone terribly down hill over the years, service is slow and incompetent, they gave my order to someone else, and when the guy came back and returned it they put it in a different bag and gave it to me instead of making a new one.

The service at this KFC is very poor. They don’t respect customers’ time—what they say will take a few minutes often turns into almost an hour. The service is extremely slow, and we have received food multiple times that was not at all. Overall, they need to seriously improve their service and staff performance.

The friendliness of the service here can't be beat. It is always a pleasure to visit this location, and it doesn't hurt that the food is good too! In rare instances where there is an issue with my order, it is always resolved quickly and amicably with little effort and a real desire to help.
