Excellent food and outstanding service! I was really impressed with my experience at PFK. The food quality was fantastic, everything was freshly prepared, and my order was served quickly. I had a great experience at PFK! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy and full of flavour. I had a great experience with this location as I ordered 10 pc chicken bucket and kids meal. Chicken was really fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly and explained me all new promotions overall it have welcoming environment and delicious food.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order through the KFC website, but after more than 40 minutes, my order still wasn’t ready. I called the restaurant three times to get an update, but no one answered. When someone finally picked up, the employee was rude, kept interrupting me, and eventually said “good evening” while I was still talking. What was even more frustrating is that she told me the delivery driver was already on the way, while the app was still showing that my order wasn’t even ready for pickup. After waiting for an hour in total, I finally received my order and it was cold. On top of that, the drink I received wasn’t even the one I had ordered

The food is of the quality expected most of the time, but what is the deal with online ordering?? Why is it that I make sure to order my wings in advance hoping they start cooking them for the time I selected but they only START cooking them when I arrive and I end up waiting the same time as if I would not have paid in advance? Management, FIX THIS

I ordered food from this restaurant via Uber but had to wait a very long time. I called the driver and they said the restaurant told him to wait 15 minutes, but in reality, when I checked the app, I saw the driver had waited over 40 minutes. If I ordered from a restaurant further away, they would probably deliver faster. I will never order from this restaurant again

Great service generous portions although i only wish there were more specials regarding the combo meals I go mainly for the regular chicken with fries sauce macaroni salad and everything is mostly priced individually For example when it comes to buying the bucket meals the sauce should automatically be included!
