The quality of the chicken is unfortunately inconsistent. When the regular weekday staff prepare it, the food is excellent, juicy and very flavorful. However, on weekends the chicken is often dry and the burgers seem to have much less mayo, which affects the overall taste. Plz train the weekend staff. I hope the restaurant can maintain the same quality and consistency every day.
