I bought ten pieces of chicken from this KFC , but the pieces they give very small; I didn't enjoy eating them—they give grave mixt lots of water test so bad They always give small small pieces it’s no good people pay for the food and they cheting😡😡

A SLOW-food restaurant, apparently literally. The girl in the front dont wanna help the back & the back is overwhelmed. So keep waiting. The 2 stars are for the cleanliness as the bathrooms & the restaurant is clean.
Friday, October 23, around 8:10 PM. This is my regular KFC. I come to this branch because the chicken is usually good and not too salty like the other branches. Tonight was a different story. About 6 to 8 customers were standing there waiting and nobody was at the counter. The staff were in the back room laughing and talking like it was a party. A sandwich was sitting open on the counter with no patty in it. After about 10 minutes I asked about my order. I was told my order is not here. I had placed it minutes before. Only then they started preparing it. A guy came out from the back, put the patty on the sandwich that had been sitting open in the air, and packed it. Food left open like that and handled this way is not hygienic. For the record, tonight it was the Punjabi crew on shift. Other shifts at this same branch do their job properly. Management should check who was on the evening shift tonight, October 23. One star. I will think twice before coming back to this branch.
I bought KFC last night, and honestly, I was very disappointed with the gravy. It was so watery that it literally tasted like water and wouldn’t even stick to the food. The consistency was completely off, and it didn’t taste the way KFC gravy normally should. For the price we pay, I expect better quality. Please make sure the gravy is prepared properly because this was unacceptable and ruined part of my meal.
