Its not open 24h like advertised unless you are an Uber driver delivering food, i was told at about 1:30 AM that they are closed as of 1 AM except for uber
I stopped going to this location a few years ago, and 3 weeks ago we decided to give it another try! What a good decision we made!! The staffs was very polite and friendly, the food was great. Not good, great!! So tonight we gave it another try..... same excellent service and same with the food!!! Keep up the great service!!! I would TOTALLY recommend this place!!!

I'm giving 1 star because there's no option for -1000. The restaurant isn't even open and their app is taking orders while the store is closed. Talk about inconvenience and bad communication. Worst of the worst

Worst delivery experience, Ordered directly from the site , tipped the driver on payment , and the driver left my food outside in the freezing winter, no one rang the door, and our food was basically frozen. Called the store to explain the situation and the person on the phone hung up on me. Decided to go to the store, just for them to tell us there was no manager all weekend and there was no one who can help us. Clear language barrier with no one at all able to speak English or French.
For us since our first visit was great every time has been a good place. Authentic KFC flavour.
My god, I am never coming back here again. The place smells of cat litter. I was hit by a force of it when I came to pick up my order. The guy in the kitchen was forcefully scraping the bottom of the gravy container, and what he was pulling up looked disgusting. Chunky and not gravy-consistency at all. The food was atrocious. They renovated the place, but the food is absolutely disgusting. Never again.
My service was great. I was served by Sara. She's very friendly and courteous. Took her time to explain the specials and what comes with th combo I chose. Too bad I don't live in LaSalle. Maybe Sara can come to NDG and teach the staff how to treat their customers!! She's a gem!! Glad I stopped in and when I'm in LaSalle I will be back!! 100%
