The quality of the food was good, the people working there were very nice but not that experienced. I purchased my food online to pick up at 8:30. I received a call telling me that they don’t have chicken anymore and I asked what would happen to the online payment I did? The lady on the phone said “ I don’t know” and hang up the phone!!! I went into the restaurant and they told me the cook has left and they can’t give my food. I had asked some other friends to come there to have dinner, When I mentioned that there are 7 more friends are coming to order here, they decided to prepare my order !!!! I entered at 8:30 pm, finally my order was prepared at 9:15 pm.

Tried this place a few times and always was disappointed and frustrated. They are somehow always missing major ingredients, always seem unprepared for any customers at any time, service is friendly but INSANELY slow, and they recently made me wait over 15 minutes after ordering just to tell me they were unable to make the food I had ordered. They even tried to convince us to not get our refund and order other items instead! Why would we want to order when you have NO SAUCE and made us wait so long just for nothing? Horrible, never going back. Edit: As of finishing this review, it took us nearly an hour to order and receive a three piece combo. Not worth the wait.

I was a bit dissapointed with the speed of the service (but it doesn't mean that I don't think the employees won't do better in the future). For context, I wanted to order a chicken tenders combo, but they told me that i'll have to wait 20 minutes since there was none available. They proposed I order a chicken wings combo instead since they were available. About a minute after I paid, I was told that I'll have to wait 15 minutes for the chicken wings to cook aswell??!! 😭 I just wish they were some more clarity with the availability, at best there should've been more chicken on stand by. However, I will give this KFC another chance. Some positives of the restaurant : the employees were decent and I overheard some nice interactions with customers ; the dining room is clean and spotless ; the food was good (I guess that's the advantage of waiting 15 minutes for fresh chicken).
