Compared to KFC in Lebanon and China, this tastes absolutely bland, boring and horrible. It basically tastes like “fried stuff with some salt”. At least the bathrooms are clean and open to everyone, which is nice.

Absolutely delicious from start to finish. Everything we ordered was fresh, hot, and packed with flavour. It’s honestly been a long time since we’ve had a KFC experience this good. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, even the music was on point. 🔥

Pro - its clean - they are still working on many features - online order can be picked up in 15-25mins Cons - staffs forget almost to include napkin , forks , and other essential things - the fried chicken was literally raw - toilet were not clean , big garbage bag on floor , toilet paper all over the toilet . I would probably give 1-2 months for them to fully be able to function 100% .

About two decades ago, there was a KFC on Avenue du Parc that eventually shut down because many customers complained the chicken was extremely oily. Unfortunately, it seems the same issue is happening again. KFC around the world does not normally serve chicken dripping with oil, so why is quality control being ignored here? The chicken is way too oily. People in Parc-Ex are happy to finally have a KFC in the area again, but if the owner does not pay attention to the food quality, especially the excessive oil, this location may end up losing customers and facing the same fate as the previous one.

cashier allowed people to cut us in line and made us wait for 30 mins gave me my order in a plate, when i asked for a box they gave me a plate, but when someone else asked for a box they gave it to them.

I went there a few weeks ago and they told me their drink machine was out of order so I was forced to pay extra for a bottle of Pepsi. I figured it happened because it’s a newly opened store, I went back again and the employees did not even know how to punch in the promotion. There were two of them trying to figure out what to do they had to text the manager and wait for him to respond, the worst of this is they had no sauce !! I asked the guy at the cash he said he doesn’t know it his managers fault.

Idk if it is because it is newly opened and that the employees do not know how to do their job well, but I am quite surprised. I ordered a bucket of popcorn chicken that had a limited special offer, only to find out that I did not even received in a damn bucket, and the popcorn chicken was the equivalent of the snack popcorn chicken option. This is highly unprofessional and false adverstising, which false under the law of Consumer Protection Act, section 219. Hope no one waste their damn money for something that you do not get for what's worth for, like I did in this damn economy.
