Idk if it is because it is newly opened and that the employees do not know how to do their job well, but I am quite surprised. I ordered a bucket of popcorn chicken that had a limited special offer, only to find out that I did not even received in a damn bucket, and the popcorn chicken was the equivalent of the snack popcorn chicken option. This is highly unprofessional and false adverstising, which false under the law of Consumer Protection Act, section 219. Hope no one waste their damn money for something that you do not get for what's worth for, like I did in this damn economy.

Tried PFK recently and honestly it was a solid experience. Chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, exactly what you expect. Fries were fresh and well cooked. Service was smooth and staff handled everything nicely. The place looked clean and organized too. Overall, worth it for a quick and satisfying meal. Would come back again.

Came here at 11h35pm and they were closed to customers. What kind of PFK ethics are these? If you state that you are open till midnight then please tell me so and not a minute before. Absolutely dissapointed for trying it for the first time……

I LOVE KFC SO MUCH! It has a very good service. The quality of the restaurant is beautiful. Also, the quality of food is phenomenal. This is one of the best fast food restaurants in Montreal.

I don’t usually write Google reviews, but I really felt like I had to this time.From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the staff especially the two girls at the counter. They both really helped me, and I truly appreciate it. A special thank you to the girl in the hijab she was incredibly patient, kind, and kept smiling the whole time, which made me feel comfortable and welcomed.This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you again for such amazing service
