I ordered a four-piece combo with fries and a drink at 10:30 p.m. tonight. Unfortunately, the fries were extremely dry, and the chicken was very dry as well. Both tasted like they had been sitting for a long time and clearly didn’t seem fresh. For the price I paid, I expected the food to be fresh and of better quality. Very disappointing experience.

Delivery took an extra 30min than predicted. Food got here cold, drinks were hot! They have medium fries listed as “mega” for an up charge of 60 cents! Not worth it for 3 extra fries. The spicy fries only had the spicy seasoning at the top of the bag. The chicken in our burger was so burnt we couldn’t eat them, and barely any zingers sauce. Just trash. Worst kfc in mtl

I don’t know how they’ve managed it because it supposedly wasn’t even busy, but my fiancé just got home with an order that was pretty incorrect. Didn’t get mega fries, didn’t get an extra dip, no pickles on the chicken sandwich. We don’t eat here often and now have a reason not to. I don’t recommend you go here. Hopefully we can get a refund off the app.

Today I had a very bad service in this branch. I ordered boneless chickens. Paid close to 20$. To get very thin small pieces, with little meat in them. When I asked the guy to refund me, he told me he will not refund me because I touched one piece. And all what I was doing is showing him the kind of bad quality I got. Then I asked him to replace me the items, his answer was that I will need to wait 30 min for them to make another batch.

The most dirty bathroom I’ve ever seen. Clearly, nobody ever cleans it. They were shit and piss stains everywhere. Also, there was no toilet paper and when a customer asked for a toilet paper, they gave her a napkin.

This franchise will rip you off. I ordered 2x 8-piece boxes and received 5 pieces in each box. Being shorted 6 pieces isn't a mistake. Don't order delivery, and always open and check your order before leaving.

Worst service. I was trying to open their super heavy door and the employee saw me and kept cleaning her table without paying attention. Finally opened the door and walked to order and again wasn’t acknowledged at all. One guy behind the counter saw me and kept cleaning and answered the phone. They clearly saw me so at this point no need to spend my money there. I went and purchased at Jack Le Coq instead. Will never go there and will also tell everyone I know to avoid this location. My first time in this area and honestly too many restaurants to choose so No need to put up with this horrible service.

There is this one female employee who is half-forcing customers to leave a good review on their business establishment. She even asked me to hand her my phone so she could personally access to the survey website to give a good feedback. After all that, she forgot my drinks. I had to go back to get them. The manager should really say something to her.
