Every time I come here, there's always a mess up with my order. It has happened for the 3 times I've stepped inside of this place. Extremely disappointed with general service. Food has also been declining in terms of quality

I had a great experience at PFK thanks to Kiran. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her attitude made the whole visit enjoyable, and she handled everything perfectly with a big smile. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Kiran!

The food was terrible. Chicken was dry and tasted old, and the sauce was so diluted it was basically water. This is not what KFC used to be. Very disappointing.

i visited kfc yesterday around 19-20, the food was well cooked, service was amazing and the lobby was clean if you’re thinking about eating kfc i recommend this one

The cleaniest kfc of all montreal, very good location next to tim hortons, dollarama, pharmaprix etc. Food was very good. Service was a bit slow but worth the wait

I order thru apps to pick up and after one hours and half hour they called me that the store is close and I was so upset and so hungry that no time to cook and they refund my money after 5 days so that’s make Me More upsetting this is not right and a very rude staff am talking to and this is not right
