As a mother planning a birthday celebration, this situation was extremely stressful and disappointing. We waited nearly six hours for our order, only to be told they didn’t have enough chicken, even though it was shown as available when we ordered. The person on the phone was very unprofessional and even said, “you can’t cancel, I can’t cancel, I don’t know what I should do now?” which only made things worse. My niece eventually declined the call because of how disrespectful the interaction felt. Our day had been going perfectly until this issue with this specific PFK. To make matters worse, the food quality was unacceptable, the fries were cold and hard, and the chicken tenders tasted spoiled. In the end, we had to go pick up the order ourselves right before closing. I truly wish there was an option to give 0 stars, because this experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend going there

I’m extremely disappointed with what I experienced at my friend’s birthday gathering. They had ordered 14 pieces of chicken, and after waiting nearly six hours with no delivery, they received a call from the restaurant saying there wasn’t enough chicken to fulfill the order. Then, about an hour later, they called back again saying they could suddenly fulfill the order. The whole situation was confusing and poorly managed. What made it worse was that neither the staff nor my friend could cancel the order. The only “solution” we were given was basically, “I can’t cancel, you can’t cancel—so what can we do now?” Honestly… isn’t that your job to figure this out? On top of that, my friend had already paid for delivery—so what about the delivery fees? There was no refund, no courtesy, and not even a genuine apology. In the end, we had to go to the store ourselves just before closing to pick up the order. If I hadn’t gone, we probably wouldn’t have even gotten the food at all, as they were already preparing to close for the day. This completely disrupted the birthday plans. We came back with cold fries and broken, unappetizing chicken pieces. It was honestly embarrassing in front of everyone at the party. Overall, this was a terrible experience with poor customer service, no accountability, and very low food quality. If there was an option for less than one star, I would give it. I honestly don’t understand how this branch has a 4.3 rating when it doesn’t even deserve one. I will never be ordering from KFC again, especially not from this branch.

The staff kept telling us to cancel but didn’t offer any real assistance, and their tone on the phone felt careless and unprofessional. In the end, we had to go to the location ourselves right before closing to pick it up, which disrupted everything we had planned. Overall, the service was very poorly handled, and I would not recommend going there.

This was very frustrating—if they cannot provide certain quantities, it should not be listed as available on the menu. Instead of offering a solution, the staff repeatedly told me to cancel the order, even though I was unable to do so from my end. The communication was unprofessional and dismissive, and no effort was made to accommodate the situation. In the end, I had to go to the store myself just before closing to collect the order, which completely disrupted my plans. Overall, the lack of accountability, poor customer service, and inconvenience caused made this a very disappointing experience. Afterall the food was terrible and it did not look appetising at all.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. We got 2 Family Bucket Feast and 1 $30 Faceoff Feast! I especially loved the well seasoned fried chicken and tenders 🐔 best KFC in Montréal, Quebec 🍗

Rude African cashier , deaf 12 year old guy who doesn’t respond when customer speak to him. I always get bad customer service here. who’s in charge here. my chicken was overcooked or the oil is so dark.

The food was terrible. Chicken was dry and tasted old, and the sauce was so diluted it was basically water. This is not what KFC used to be. Very disappointing.

The cleaniest kfc of all montreal, very good location next to tim hortons, dollarama, pharmaprix etc. Food was very good. Service was a bit slow but worth the wait
